- The General Department of Physical Training and Sports, the Vietnam Gymnastics Federation, the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, and the Departments of Culture and Sports of provinces and cities under central authority shall organize specialized training for instructors in the sport of dance.- The General Department of Physical Training and Sports is responsible for developing the content and specialized training programs for instructors in the sport of dance and submitting them to the Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism for decision.- The certificate of specialized training for instructors in the sport of dance shall be issued by the training organizing body.
