Titles in State Agencies Exempted from Conscription During Wartime

To be specific, citizens who are holding the following positions in state agencies will be exempt from conscription during wartime:

- Ministers, Deputy Ministers and equivalent positions within Ministries and sectors; General Directors, Deputy General Directors, Directors, Chiefs of Departments and equivalent positions within Ministries and sectors.- Chairpersons, Deputy Chairpersons of the National Assembly Committees.- Chief Judges, Deputy Chief Judges of the Supreme People's Court; Chief Judges of provincial and district-level People's Courts.- Directors, Deputy Directors of the Supreme People's Procuracy; Directors of provincial and district-level People's Procuracies.- Chiefs of Departments and equivalent positions within the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy.- Chairpersons, Deputy Chairpersons: Provincial and District People's Councils, People's Committees; Chairpersons: Communal People's Councils, People's Committees.- Heads of agencies belonging to and under the Provincial and District People's Committees and People's Councils.- Commanders of the Military Commands of central agencies and organizations.- Commanders of the Military Command, Chiefs of Police at the commune level in the areas of border, island communes, remote areas, and ethnic minority areas identified as particularly difficult.
