Title: Form of Specialized Religion Inspector Civil Servant Card

The format of Inspectorate Officer ID cards for the specialized field of religion is specifically stipulated in Circular 04 as follows:

- Front side: red background.

Information content includes:

- The top line states the National Emblem of Vietnam "SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM", bold uppercase letters, black color, font size 9;- The next line: "Independence - Freedom - Happiness", bold lowercase letters, black color, font size 9, with an underline stretching the entire length of the text;- The center of the card features the National Emblem with a diameter of 24 mm;- The bottom line states "RELIGION SECTOR INSPECTORATE OFFICER ID CARD", bold uppercase letters, black color, font size 12;

- Back side: White background with light green bronze drum patterns; the top left corner features the National Emblem with a diameter of 15 mm; a red diagonal line from the top left corner to the bottom right corner.

Information content includes:

- First line: "THE GOVERNMENT COMMITTEE FOR RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS"; bold uppercase letters, black color, font size 13;- Second line: "RELIGION SECTOR INSPECTORATE OFFICER ID CARD"; bold uppercase letters, red color, font size 14;- Third line: "Card Number" lowercase letters, black color, font size 13;- Fourth line: "FULL NAME", bold uppercase letters, black color, font size 14;- Fifth line: "Issue Date", lowercase letters, black color, font size 11;- Sixth line: "Expiry Date", lowercase letters, black color, font size 11;- Seventh line: "DIRECTOR", bold uppercase letters, black color, font size 11 (signature of the Director and seal);- The bottom left corner has a photo of the cardholder, size 20 mm x 30 mm (with an overlapping seal of the The Government Committee for Religious Affairs).
