The title of the Vietnamese document translated into English in the style of a legal document is: "Minimum Funding for New Rural Development at the Commune Level is 20 Million VND per Year"

This is the provision specified in Circular 121/2017/TT-BTC regulating the management and use of funds for the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas."

According to Circular 121, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level, when carrying out the campaign to build new rural areas, will receive a minimum financial support of VND 20,000,000/year/commune; as for communes in difficult areas, in the especially difficult regions, the minimum amount is VND 25,000,000/year/commune.

Furthermore, Circular 121 also stipulates that the Front Work Committee in residential areas, when conducting the campaign, will receive financial support as follows:

- Residential areas with a population size of less than 700 households: The minimum amount is VND 5,000,000/year/residential area.- Residential areas with a population size increased by every 200 households will receive an additional VND 1,000,000/year/residential area compared to the above regulation.- For residential areas of communes in difficult areas, communes in especially difficult regions, ethnic minority and mountainous areas: In addition to the support level mentioned above, an additional VND 1,000,000/year/residential area will be provided.
