Circular 119/2016/TT-BQP was promulgated by the Ministry of National Defense on August 30, 2016, detailing specific steps for inspecting defects and deformations of components and modules of NitroGlyxerin-generating equipment.
Circular 119 stipulates that when inspecting the exterior and interior of NitroGlyxerin-generating equipment, attention should be paid to detecting the following deficiencies:
- Cracks, fissures, dents, and bulges on both the inner and outer surfaces of the equipment body; leakage traces at welds, rivets, and pipe joints;- The state of scaling, rust, and corrosion on metal components;- The technical condition of accessories, measuring instruments, and safety devices;- The technical condition of insulation layers (if any);- Checking the tightness of joint details;- For locations that cannot be internally inspected during examination, the technical condition inspection must be conducted according to the manufacturer's technical documentation. The documentation must specify: the inspection scope, methods, and procedures.
