The Code of Laws and Essential Information

The Ordinance on Codification of the Legal Normative Documents of 2012 was issued on April 16, 2012. Notably, this Ordinance includes provisions on the structure as well as topics in the Codified Code. So what are these specific provisions?

According to the provisions in Articles 5 and 6 of the 2012 Ordinance on Code of Systematized Legal Normative Documents, the Code is structured by topics. Each topic has one or more sections. Within a section, depending on the content, there may be parts, chapters, sections, articles, clauses, and items.

In the Code, sections, parts, chapters, sections, articles, clauses, and items are numbered sequentially. If there is a relation to the content of another part of the Code, it must be cross-referenced.
