Recently, the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) issued Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH regulating the minimum amount of knowledge, competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate and college levels in fields such as materials, metallurgy, production, and other technical technologies.

In the Regulation on the Minimum Knowledge Volume, Capacity Requirements that Learners Must Achieve After Graduating from the Intermediate Level, College Level in the Textile Technology Sector, issued together with Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, it stipulates the minimum skills that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level in the textile technology field as follows:
- Select appropriate technological options, calculate and design technology for machines in the weaving production line suitable for the fabric items to be processed;
- Inspect and evaluate fabric quality indicators during and after the production process;
- Monitor, supervise, and handle equipment and technology incidents during production;
- Calculate norms, regulate production plans in the machine room, ensuring industrial hygiene and fire and explosion prevention during production;
- Work independently and organize group work to perform tasks and jobs in the weaving industry;
- Operate equipment in the weaving production line to produce products from simple to complex, ensuring productivity and product quality;
- Use basic information technology according to regulations; exploit, process, and apply information technology in specialized work in the industry;
- Use a basic foreign language, achieving level 1/6 in the Vietnamese Foreign Language Competency Framework; apply the foreign language to some specialized tasks in the industry.
