Rewards of the student entrepreneurship idea competition in Vietnam

On December 26, 2018, the Ministry of Finance (Hanoi, Vietnam) promulgated Circular 126/2018/TT-BTC guiding the management and use of public funds for the implementation of the Scheme for "Supporting Students in entrepreneurship until 2025"

According to Circular 126/2018/TT-BTC, each winning idea in the student entrepreneurship idea competition will be awarded as follows:

Implement according to the regulations at Point c, Point d, Article 3 of Circular 27/2018/TT-BTC regulating financial policies for organizing the Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Award, Technical Innovation Contest, and Youth and Children's Innovation Contest; To be specific:

Content	National Competition	Competitions held by Ministries, central agencies, and localities
Special Prize	20 million VND/prize	Up to 80% of the corresponding prize of the National Competition.
First Prize	15 million VND/prize
Second Prize	10 million VND/prize
Third Prize	8 million VND/prize
Consolation Prize	5 million VND/prize

The number of prizes is implemented according to the regulations of the competition organization rules approved by the competent authority.

Circular 126/2018/TT-BTC takes effect in Vietnam from February 11, 2019.
