Requirements for the Level of Autonomy after Graduation from the College Program in Artificial Board Production Technology

On December 28, 2018, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued Circular 46/2018/TT-BLD-TBXH stipulating the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate or college levels in various fields including materials, metallurgy, production, and other technical technologies.

According to the regulation on the minimum amount of knowledge, the requirements for competencies that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate and college levels in the field of artificial wood production technology issued with Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the required level of independence and minimum responsibilities that must be achieved after graduating from the college level in artificial wood production technology are as follows:

- Have an organizational awareness, voluntarily comply with discipline, work with technique, quality, and productivity, and have a spirit of cooperation with colleagues;

- Have a sense of responsibility for the assigned work and protect public property;

- Comply well with the rules and regulations of the unit;

- Have a reasonable attitude in handling professional issues;

- Guide and supervise others in performing assigned tasks; take personal responsibility and responsibility for the group;

- Be accountable for evaluating the quality of work upon completion and the performance results of oneself and group members before the leadership of the agency, organization, or unit;

- Have an awareness of learning and training to improve professional competence and vocational skills.
