Requirements for Individuals Registering to Become the Principal Investigator of Ministry-Level Science and Technology Tasks

This is the content to be noted in Circular 37/2015/TT-NHNN regulating the management and organization of the implementation of scientific and technological tasks using the state budget under the management responsibility of the State Bank of Vietnam, issued by the State Bank on December 31, 2015.

According to the provisions of Circular 37/2015/TT-NHNN, individuals registering to be the principal investigator of a Ministerial-level science and technology task must simultaneously meet the following requirements:

- Possess a university degree or higher;- Have expertise or a position relevant to the registered task and be actively working in the same field of science and technology for 3 years up to the time of submitting the application;- Be the main proposer or a significant participant in developing the proposal for the science and technology task.
