Reporting Methods for Statistics in the Finance Sector

Circular 02/2019/TT-BTC has been signed and issued by the Ministry of Finance, regulating the statistical reporting regime of the Finance sector.

According to Circular 02/2019/TT-BTC, reporting units shall submit reports via one of the following methods:

- Directly submit and receive reports on the Financial Statistical Information System and authenticate using an account registered by the representative of the reporting unit;- Reporting units with an electronic statistical report management information system shall automatically submit reports to the Financial Statistical Information System through the connection methods as specified in Circular 39/2017/TT-BTTTT;- In the event of a data transmission network failure or a malfunction in the Financial Statistical Information System software, units shall submit reports via email or information carriers as directed by the Department of Informatics and Financial Statistics.
