Repeal of certain provisions on certification of agricultural products in Vietnam

Circular 06 has annulled certain provisions of Circular 48. To be specific:

- Annulment of the phrases: "cultivation", "preliminary processing", "and/or preliminary processing (production/preliminary processing)", "/preliminary processing" in Clauses 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 of Article 2.

- Annulment of the provision "The Crop Production Department is the agency designated to supervise the activities of VietGAP certification organizations in the field of cultivation."

- Annulment of the phrase "cultivation, plant protection, agronomy, biology in the field of cultivation" in Point a, Clause 1, Article 6.

- Annulment of the phrase "products of vegetables, fruits, tea in the field of cultivation" in Clause 1, Article 16.

- Annulment of the phrase "Crop Production Department" in Point b, Clause 4, Article 17.

- Annulment of the code "CGDG-VietGAP-TT 01" in Appendix I.- Annulment of the phrase "cultivation" in Appendix II.

- Annulment of the phrase "/preliminary processing" in Appendix III.

- Annulment of the phrase "Cultivation" and the phrase "The code of a VietGAP certification organization designated as the first of the year 2012 by the Crop Production Department is VietGAP-TT-12-01" in Appendix VII.

- Annulment of Appendix IXB regarding "TABLE OF CRITERIA AND ASSESSMENT METHOD OF VietGAP for Vegetables, Fruits, TEA."- Annulment of "Section III" in Appendix XI.
