Juvenile reformatory students must protect and preserve their own and others' property (Illustration)
Circular 20/2015/TT-BCA stipulates that students in juvenile reformatories must comply with the following property protection and preservation rules:
- Protect and preserve their own and others' property; property, trees, flower gardens, ornamental plants, and lawns within the reformatory; promptly denounce and report to officers and teachers of the juvenile reformatory any acts infringing upon these properties; not buy, sell, exchange, lend, or borrow anything among students or with others (unless approved by officers and teachers of the juvenile reformatory); not splice, hook up, or use the electrical grid of the reformatory or elsewhere.
- Compensate for damages according to the law if causing damage to the property of the juvenile reformatory or others.
In addition to the property protection and preservation rules, the students of the juvenile reformatory must also comply with the following regulations:
- Regulations on obeying commands and timing- Regulations on maintaining order, eating, living, and activities- Regulations on behaving and personal conduct- Regulations on clothing and personal belongings- Regulations on academics- Regulations on labor, vocational training, culture, arts, physical exercise, sports, recreation, and entertainment
