The Ministry of Justice has issued Circular No. 19/2015/TT-BTP stipulating the legal inspection of the Chief of the District Justice Department for dossiers requesting the application of administrative handling measures including sending individuals to reformatory schools, compulsory education institutions, and compulsory rehabilitation centers.
According to the provisions of Circular 19/2015/TT-BTP, the dossier for requesting the application of administrative measures to transfer to a compulsory detoxification facility for drug addicts with stable residences includes the following documents:
- A summary of the background of the person recommended for the application of administrative measures to be transferred to a detoxification facility according to Circular 14/2014/TT-BLDTBXH.- Documents proving the current drug addiction status of the person recommended for the application of administrative measures to be transferred to a compulsory detoxification facility include: the result response form determining drug addiction and opiate substances, by the authority authorized to determine the current drug addiction status of the person recommended for the application of measures to be transferred to a compulsory detoxification facility according to Joint Circular 17/2015/TTLT-BYT-BLDTBXH-BCA.- A report from the violator or their legal representative.
