Proposal Dossier for Commendation in the State Audit includes what?

According to the new regulations, the application dossier for commendation of emulation titles and forms of commendation in the State Audit Office is implemented as follows:

1. Annual periodic commendation:

- Submission of the Head of the unit accompanied by a list of individuals and collectives proposed for commendation;- Achievement report confirmed by the level proposing the commendation;- Minutes of the evaluation meeting and the voting results for the commendation of the Emulation-Commendation Council at the proposing level;- Types of summary forms, evaluation results of emulation and commendation of the unit;- For individuals proposed for the title of "Grassroots Emulation Fighter," "Industry-level Emulation Fighter," the dossier must have the recognition opinion of the Grassroots Innovation Council on the innovations of the individuals proposed for commendation, and the confirmation opinion of the State Audit Office Scientific Council on the results of scientific research projects that have been accepted and applied.

2. Unexpected commendation and commendation for individuals and units outside the State Audit Office:

- For cases of unexpected commendation, the dossier includes:- Achievement report and a summary of the achievements of individuals and units proposed for commendation;- Submission proposing commendation of the head of the affiliated unit.- In case of commendation for individuals and collectives outside the State Audit Office, the dossier includes:- A summary report of the achievements of individuals and collectives proposed for commendation reported and confirmed by the unit affiliated with the State Audit Office having direct relations;- Submission proposing commendation of the head of the affiliated unit.
