Process for Receiving Price Registration Forms for Milk for Children under 6 Years Old

Circular 08/2017/TT-BCT was issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade regulating the price registration and price declaration of milk and functional foods for children under 06 years old.

According to the new regulations, depending on the method of submitting the Price Registration Form, there will be different acceptance procedures, specifically:

1. Procedure for direct submission of the Form

- In the case where the Form has all the required elements and quantity as prescribed, the receiving agency will stamp the incoming document with the date, month, and year on the Form and immediately return 01 copy of the Form to the merchant;- In the case where the Form does not meet the required elements and quantity as prescribed, the receiving agency will clearly state the reason for the return, the contents that need to be supplemented, and immediately return the Form to the merchant.

2. Procedure for submission of the Form via mail, fax, or email

- In the case where the Form has all the required elements and quantity as prescribed, the receiving agency will stamp the incoming document with the date, month, and year on the Form and immediately send 01 copy by mail to the merchant;- In the case where the Form does not meet the required elements and quantity as prescribed, within a maximum of 02 working days from the date of receipt, the receiving agency will notify the merchant in writing, by fax, or by email to supplement the elements and quantity of the Form.
