This is the notable content of Decision 2211/QD-KTNN on the promulgation of the Emulation - Commendation Regulations of the State Audit Office.

According to the Regulations, the following cases will not be considered for commendation:

- Individuals who fail to complete their tasks, violate discipline warranting a reprimand or more severe;- Collectives with individuals violating discipline warranting a warning or more severe during the competition initiation period;- Commendation dossiers that are not conformable with procedures and time requirements.

Note:

- Cases that have been awarded competitive titles related to consecutive years of achieving basic competitive titles shall not use the previously achieved competitive titles as the basis or standard for proposing commendation for the next time.- The review and granting of commendation forms are conducted regularly during the annual work summarization period and at the end of the competition initiation period.
