Minimum Yoga Exercise Density on the Floor Ensuring at Least 2.5m2 per Person

This is the notable content stipulated in Circular 11/2016/TT-BVHTTDL, regulating the professional conditions for organizing Yoga practice and competitions.

The density of training guidelines for Yoga is stipulated in Circular 11/2016/TT-BVHTTDL as follows:

- The training density on the floor must ensure a minimum of 2.5m^2^ per person.- Each instructor should not exceed 30 people in a one-hour class.

According to Circular 11, a Yoga training instructor must be professionally trained by the General Department of Physical Education and Sports or the Vietnam Yoga Federation, specifically:

- The content, program, and duration of the professional training are determined by the General Department of Physical Education and Sports.- The professional training certificate is issued by the training organization and is valid for 5 years from the date of issuance.
