On February 10, 2019, Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs (MOLISA) promulgating regulations on the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in fields such as materials, metallurgy, production, and other technical engineering technologies came into effect.

According to the Regulations on Minimum Knowledge Volume and Competency Requirements for Students After Graduating from Intermediate and College Levels in the Artificial Board Production Technology Industry, issued along with Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum skills that students must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level in the artificial board production technology are as follows:
- Select appropriate materials according to the production requirements of chips, fibers, laminated boards, thin boards;- Prepare a number of measuring tools and disassembly tools ensuring technical requirements;- Prepare a number of types of machinery and equipment for producing artificial boards (chipboard, fiberboard, laminated boards, plywood);- Choose the adhesives and additives used in the production of chipboard, fiberboard, laminated boards, plywood;- Operate a number of types of machinery, equipment, and tools in the production process of various types of artificial boards: chipboard, fiberboard, laminated boards, plywood;- Store the finished artificial boards ensuring compliance with technical requirements;- Maintain a number of tools, machinery, and equipment in the production process and quality control of artificial board products;- Detect and troubleshoot a number of incidents that occur in the production and storage of artificial board products under unchanged conditions;- Use basic information technology according to regulations; apply information technology in some specialized tasks of the industry;- Use basic foreign language, reaching level 1/6 in the Vietnamese Foreign Language Proficiency Framework; apply foreign language in some specialized tasks of the industry.
