Circular 06/2020/TT-BTTTT provides guidance on how to determine the volume of reading, listening, and watching media for depository inspection as follows:

- Determining the volume of printed newspaper pages read for depository inspection calculated by A4-sized printed pages: Determine the conversion ratio of the printed newspaper pages read for depository inspection according to A4-sized printed pages: Implement the Conversion method stipulated in Section 5, Part I mentioned above; determine the number of printed newspaper pages read for depository inspection calculated by A4-sized printed pages = [Conversion Ratio] x [Number of printed newspaper pages read].

- Determining the volume of e-newspapers read, listened, and watched for depository inspection: Determine the number of articles of e-newspapers read for depository inspection; determine the total duration of online media listened to and watched for depository inspection.

- Determining the total duration of programs listened to and watched for depository inspection for television and radio.

This Circular also guides how to determine the time calculated by norm to read, listen, and watch checked media types as follows:

- Determine the time calculated by norm to read, listen, and watch each checked media type = [Checked Volume] : [Daily Inspection Norm].

- Calculate the total time calculated by norm to read, listen, and watch checked media types.
