Circular 06/2020/TT-BTTTT provides guidance on how to determine the volume of reading, listening, and watching media for depository inspection as follows:
- Determining the volume of printed newspaper pages read for depository inspection calculated by A4-sized printed pages: Determine the conversion ratio of the printed newspaper pages read for depository inspection according to A4-sized printed pages: Implement the Conversion method stipulated in Section 5, Part I mentioned above; determine the number of printed newspaper pages read for depository inspection calculated by A4-sized printed pages = [Conversion Ratio] x [Number of printed newspaper pages read].
- Determining the volume of e-newspapers read, listened, and watched for depository inspection: Determine the number of articles of e-newspapers read for depository inspection; determine the total duration of online media listened to and watched for depository inspection.
