Means Serving the Safety Inspection of NitroGlyxerin-Generating Equipment

Circular 119 stipulates that the means serving inspection must be suitable for the objects of inspection, must be inspected, calibrated according to regulations, and still within the inspection period, including:

- Equipment and tools for examination:

- Lighting equipment with a source voltage not exceeding 12 V, must use explosion-proof safety lamps;- Test hammers weighing from 0.3 kg to 0.5 kg;- Magnifying glass with magnification suitable for the inspection object;- Mechanical measuring tools: Calipers, measuring tapes;- Internal inspection equipment: Endoscopic devices.

- Equipment and tools for durability and tightness testing. Including:

- Pressure generative equipment with technical characteristics (flow rate, pressure) suitable for the test object;- Means and equipment for leakage testing.

- Measuring and inspection equipment and tools. Including:

- Pressure gauges, thermometers with accuracy levels and scales suitable for test pressure and test temperature.

- Other specialized measurement and inspection equipment and tools (if needed):

- Ultrasonic thickness measuring devices;- Welding quality inspection equipment;- Non-contact thermometers;- Ground resistance measuring equipment;- Potential difference and current measurement equipment;- Insulation resistance measuring equipment;- Other specialized measuring and inspection equipment (if needed).
