Level of Autonomy Required After Graduation from College in Rubber Tree Engineering

On December 28, 2018, Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH stipulating the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate and college levels in the fields of agriculture, forestry, fishery, and veterinary medicine, was issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.

According to the Regulations on the Minimum Knowledge Volume, Competency Requirements that Learners Must Achieve Upon Graduation from Intermediate Level, College Level in Rubber Tree Technology, issued together with Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum level of autonomy and responsibility that learners must achieve after graduating from the College Level in Rubber Tree Technology is defined as follows:

- Possessing good moral quality and correct awareness about the profession, having a cooperative attitude with colleagues, respecting the law and regulations at the workplace;

- Being honest and highly disciplined, having the ability to work independently, ready to take on assigned tasks; working with high quality and productivity;

- Possessing ethics, a love for the profession, professional conscience, and always striving to contribute to improving product quality;

- Being conscious of environmental protection and community health during the production process;

- Having a spirit of self-study to enhance professional and vocational skills;

- Being able to apply scientific and technological advancements in the field of rubber planting;

- Providing guidance and technical supervision to semi-skilled and skilled workers.

Detailed regulations are specified in Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, effective from February 10, 2019.
