Level of Autonomy and Responsibilities Required After Graduating from Veterinary Service Intermediate-Level Training

On February 10, 2019, Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH of BLDTBXH stipulating the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation at the intermediate and college levels in the fields of agriculture, forestry, fishery, and veterinary medicine will take effect.

As stipulated in the Regulations on Minimum Volume of Knowledge, Competency Requirements Achieved by Learners After Graduating from the Intermediate and College Level of Veterinary Services, issued together with Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum level of autonomy and responsibility that learners are required to achieve after graduating the intermediate level of veterinary services is as follows:

- Possess good moral qualities and have the right awareness of the profession, have a cooperative attitude with colleagues, respect the law and regulations at the workplace;

- Be honest, highly disciplined, capable of working independently, and ready to undertake assigned tasks; work with high quality and productivity;

- Have the ability to plan, manage time, organize, and work effectively in a team.

- Work independently or in a team, solve complex tasks and problems in changing work conditions. Coordinate well with colleagues in performing tasks and resolving real-life situations.

- Guide and supervise others in performing specific tasks. Take personal responsibility and responsibility for the team.

- Assess the quality of the work after completion and the performance results of team members.
