Level of Autonomy and Job Position for Rubber Plant Engineering at Intermediate Vocational Level

Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH stipulates the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in the fields of agriculture, forestry, fishery, and veterinary will take effect from February 10, 2019.

In the Regulation on the minimum knowledge volume and required competencies that learners must achieve after graduating at the intermediate and college levels in the rubber tree engineering profession issued together with Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum level of autonomy and responsibility that graduates at the intermediate level in rubber tree engineering must achieve are specified as follows:

- Possess good ethical qualities and proper understanding of the profession, have a cooperative attitude with colleagues, respect the law and workplace regulations;

- Be honest, highly disciplined, capable of independent work, ready to undertake assigned tasks; perform work with high quality and productivity;

- Have ethics, love the profession, and possess professional conscience, always striving to contribute to improving product quality;

- Have a sense of environmental protection, community health protection during the task performance;

- Be committed to self-study to improve professional skills and expertise;

- Apply scientific, technological advances in the field of rubber tree cultivation;

- Guide and supervise the professional work of semi-skilled and skilled workers.

Additionally, it is stipulated that after graduation, learners are competent to meet the requirements at job positions in the profession, including:

- Establishing rubber tree graft wood nurseries;

- Producing seedlings;

- Planting rubber trees;

- Caring for rubber trees.
