Instructors of Football Training Must Undergo Professional Training

This is the content stipulated in Circular 18/2018/TT-BVHTTDL regulating the facilities, equipment, and specialized staff training for the sport of Football. The document replaces Circular 12/2012/TT-BVHTTDL.

According to the new regulations, the training of specialized staff in guiding the sport of Football is conducted as follows:

- The General Department of Sports and Physical Training, the Vietnam Football Federation, or the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Department of Culture and Sports of provinces and centrally-run cities organize specialized training for individuals guiding football training.- The General Department of Sports and Physical Training is responsible for developing the content and training program for individuals guiding football training and submitting it to the Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism (BVHTTDL) for approval.- The certificate of specialized training for individuals guiding football training is issued by the organizing training authority.
