This is a noteworthy content in Circular 36/2013/TT-BLDTBXH issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating the national technical regulations on labor safety for suspended work platforms.
The management and safe use of suspended working platforms is guided by Circular 36/2013/TT-BLDTBXH as follows:

- Suspended working platforms must be used, maintained, and serviced according to the manufacturer's instructions.- The person directly responsible for management and the operator of the suspended working platform must undergo initial safety training before being assigned the task, receive annual periodic safety training, and be issued a Labor Safety Training Certificate per regulations.- Safety requirements when using suspended working platforms:
- Only use suspended working platforms that are in good technical condition and have not expired their safety technical inspection. During use, if the suspended working platform is found to be unsafe, the user unit may request an early inspection.- Suspended working platforms must be attached with inspection tags according to regulations and labeled in compliance with BS EN 1808:1999 before being put into use.- Each suspended working platform must have a maintenance and repair log as required by the manufacturer.- The operator of the suspended working platform must be equipped with personal protective equipment, shoes, helmets, gloves, and other protective means as prescribed.
