Article 18 Decree 95/2020/ND-CP regulates the archiving of documents and reports related to the contractor selection process for procurement under the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership. Specifically, as follows:

- All documents, records, and reports related to the contractor selection process are archived for a minimum of 3 years after contract settlement, except for the financial proposal documents of contractors, in case of bid cancellation, in the event of a bidder complaint, and settlement documents, acceptance records.- Financial proposal documents of contractors that do not pass the technical evaluation step are returned intact to the contractors within 10 days from the date of contract signing with the selected contractor. If within the specified time, the contractor does not retrieve their financial proposal documents, the procuring entity will consider and decide on the destruction of the financial proposal documents, but must ensure that the information in the contractor's financial proposal is not disclosed.- In case of bid cancellation, related documents are archived for a period of 12 months from the issuance date of the bid cancellation decision.- In case of a bidder complaint, related documents are archived until the resolution of the complaint by the concerned parties, but the archiving period must be at least 12 months.- Settlement documents, acceptance records, and related documents of the winning contractor's package are archived according to legal provisions on archiving.
