Guidelines on Ranking Achievement in the QPAN Sports Competition

To be specific, the ranking of achievements in the QPAN Sports Contest is conducted in accordance with the provisions of Circular 23, specifically:

Individual achievements:

- Calculated for each contest content as follows: Testing general knowledge on national defense and security; squad formation and contents of contests in blocks and classes. Contestants with higher scores will be ranked above.

Collective achievements:

- Calculated for block and class collectives. Contestants participate in collective contest subjects and contests in blocks and classes. Collectives with higher scores will be ranked above; if two teams have the same score, the team with higher score in the "general knowledge on national defense and security" content will be ranked above; if it remains the same, the team with more 10-point scores will be ranked above; if still the same, they will be jointly ranked.

Overall team achievements:

- Overall team achievements are the total achievements of individuals and collectives in each team. The team with the higher total score will be ranked above; if scores are the same, the team with the higher total score in the "general knowledge on national defense and security" content will be ranked above; if still the same, the team with the higher total score in the AK submachine gun shooting practice content will be ranked above; if it remains the same, the team with more 10-point scores will be ranked above; if still the same, they will be jointly ranked.
