Gasoline prices to decrease by more than 1,000VND/liter on December 1, 2022 in Vietnam (Internet image)
On December 1, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Official Dispatch 7706/BCT-TTTN on petroleum business management. Thus, petrol and oil prices will be adjusted from 15:00 on December 1, 2022, as follows:

Specifically, after adjusting the setting up and spending levels for the use of the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund, the selling prices of popular consumer petroleum products on the market after 3 p.m. on December 1, 2022, are regulated as follows: :
- E5RON92 gasoline: Not higher than 21,679 VND/liter (decreased by 992 VND/liter compared to the current retail price);
- RON95-III gasoline: Not higher than 22,704 VND/liter (decreased by 1,083 VND/liter compared to the current retail price);
- 0.05S diesel oil: Not higher than 23,213 VND/liter (decreased by 1,588 VND/liter compared to the current retail price);
- Kerosene: Not higher than 23,562 VND/liter (decreased by 1,078 VND/liter compared to the current retail price);
- Fuel oil 180CST 3.5S: Not higher than 13,953 VND/kg (decreased by 832 VND/kg compared to the current retail price).
The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam decided to set up the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund.
- E5RON92 gasoline: 300 VND/liter;
- RON95 gasoline: 400 VND/liter;
- Diesel oil: 700 VND/liter;
- Kerosene: 300 VND/liter.
- Madut oil: 500 VND/kg
At the same time, there is no spending from the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund.
