What are the adjustment on the selling prices of petroleum products from October 21, 2022 in Vietnam? - Minh Luan (Binh Duong, Vietnam)
From 3pm on October 21, 2022, gasoline prices to increase for the second time in a row in Vietnam (Internet image)
According to Vietnam's Official Dispatch 6501/BCT-TTTN dated October 21, 2022 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam on petrol and oil business management, from 3pm on October 21, 2022, gasoline prices increased for the second time in a row.
Specifically, after adjusting the setting up and spending levels for the use of the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund, the selling prices of popular consumer petroleum products on the market after 3 p.m. on October 21, 2022 are regulated as follows:
- E5RON92 gasoline: No higher than 21,496 VND/liter (increasing by 204 VND/liter compared to the current retail price);
- Petrol RON95-III: No higher than 22,344 VND/liter (increasing by 337 VND/liter compared to the current retail price);
- 0.05S diesel oil: No higher than 24,783 VND/liter (increasing by 396 VND/liter compared to the current retail price);
- Kerosene: No higher than 23,663 VND/liter (increasing by 843 VND/liter compared to the current retail price);
- Mazut oil 180CST 3.5S: Not higher than 13,899 VND/kg (decreasing by 195 VND/kg compared to the current retail price).
The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam decided to set up the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund:
- E5RON92 gasoline: 200 VND/liter;
- RON95 gasoline: 400 VND/liter;
- Diesel oil: 0 VND/liter;
- Kerosene: 0 VND/liter;
- Mazut oil: 708 VND/kg.
At the same time, the petroleum BOG Fund is not used.
