The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam has just issued Official Dispatch 6853/BCT-TTTN dated November 1, 2022. Thus, gasoline prices on November 1, 2022, increased for the third time in a row. Specifically:
1. Gasoline prices from 15:00 on November 1, 2022 in Vietnam
The selling prices of popular consumer petroleum products on the market from 15:00 on November 1, 2022, are regulated as follows:
- E5RON92 gasoline: No higher than 21,873 VND/liter (up 377 VND/liter);
- RON95-III gasoline: No higher than 22,756 VND/liter (increasing by 412 VND/liter);
- 0.05S diesel oil: No higher than 25,070 VND/liter (increasing 287 VND/liter);
- Kerosene: No higher than 23,783 VND/liter (up 120 VND/liter);
- Fuel oil 180CST 3.5S: No higher than 14,082 VND/kg (increasing 183 VND/kg).
2. The level of setting up and spending of Vietnam Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund
According to Official Dispatch 6853/BCT-TTTN, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam decided to set up the Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund for petroleum products as follows:
- E5RON92 gasoline: 200 VND/liter;
- RON95 gasoline: 400 VND/liter;
- Diesel oil: 0 VND/liter;
- Kerosene: 0 VND/liter;
- Madut oil: 500 VND/kg
At the same time, spending using the BOG Petroleum Fund includes the following:
- E5RON92 gasoline: 0 VND/liter;
- RON95 gasoline: 0 VND/liter;
- Diesel oil: 0 VND/liter;
- Kerosene: 0 VND/liter;
- Maduth oil: 0 VND/kg
