Form and Content of Organizing the Emulation Movement in the Justice Sector

The emulation movement in the Justice sector is organized in the following forms and contents:

1. Forms:

- Regular emulation is a form of emulation based on the functions and tasks assigned to the Ministry, Justice sector, individuals, collective agencies, and units within the sector to organize the launch of the emulation movement, sign the emulation commitment, and thereby clearly determine the purpose, requirements, goals, and specific targets to be implemented throughout the sector, within the agency, organization, subordinate unit, or according to the Emulation Cluster, Emulation Area to effectively perform daily, monthly, quarterly, annual tasks according to the targets and work programs set by the Ministry, sector, agency, unit, Emulation Cluster, Emulation Area; at the end of the work year, the Minister, Heads of agencies and units, heads of Emulation Clusters, Emulation Areas summarize and evaluate the emulation titles;- Thematic or periodic emulation is a form of emulation organized within the Ministry, sector, agency, unit to effectively perform key tasks or a specific field identified within a certain period or organize emulation to strive to complete unexpected, urgent tasks of the Ministry, sector, agency, unit. Thematic or periodic emulation is only launched when the purpose, requirements, targets, contents, solutions, and implementation time have been clearly identified.

2. Contents: The contents of organizing the emulation movement in the Justice sector are implemented according to the provisions of Article 5 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP.
