Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs stipulates the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate level, college level in the fields of agriculture, forestry, fishery, and veterinary medicine will take effect from February 10, 2019.

According to the regulation on the minimum volume of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating with an intermediate degree or college degree in veterinary, issued together with Circular 52/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, after graduating with an intermediate degree in veterinary, learners are capable of meeting the requirements for positions in the sector, including:
- Epidemic prevention and control;- Disease diagnosis;- Disease treatment;- Semen extraction and preparation;- Veterinary drug production;- Business in animal feed, biological products, veterinary drugs, livestock equipment and tools.
Additionally, the minimum volume of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating with an intermediate degree in veterinary allows them to continue to develop at higher levels.
Graduates possess the self-learning capability and the ability to update scientific and technological advancements within their sector to enhance their level or pursue higher education within the same sector, related sectors, or within the same field of study.
