- Application for support to replace the ship engine with verification from the People’s Committee of the commune, ward, or commune-level town regarding the legal residential address and regular fishing activities at sea (according to form No. 01 issued with this Circular).- A notarized copy or verification from the People’s Committee of the commune, ward, or commune-level town regarding the following documents: registration for fishing vessel circulation, ship registration certificate, fishing license for fishing vessels, or business registration for service ships engaged in fishing activities, valid ship hull insurance certificate.- Copy of documents related to the new 100% ship engine meeting economic-technical standards as prescribed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.- Technical inspection report on the replacement of the ship engine.

The application for support is carried out annually; fishermen applying for support for a particular year must file their documents for that year (each year requires a separate application).
