Department of Construction must report on the issuance of real estate brokerage practice certificates

This is a prominent regulation stipulated in Circular 02/2019/TT-BXD providing detailed guidance on periodic reporting policies; amending, supplementing, and replacing several provisions of the Circulars related to periodic reporting policies under the state management scope of the Ministry of Construction.

According to Article 9 Circular 02/2019/TT-BXD regulations on policies reporting on the management of real estate brokerage and real estate trading floors as stipulated in Circular 11/2015/TT-BXD dated December 30, 2015, of the Ministry of Construction, regulations on the issuance of real estate brokerage practice certificates; guidance on training and fostering real estate brokerage knowledge, operation of real estate trading floors; the establishment and organization of the activities of real estate trading floors shall be carried out as follows:

Notably, no later than December 20 each year, the Department of Construction is responsible for reporting to the Ministry of Construction on the issuance of real estate brokerage practice certificates; the situation of training and fostering knowledge related to real estate brokerage and the management and operation of real estate trading floors according to Form No. 05 in the annex issued together with this Circular.

Additionally, this Circular also stipulates policies reporting on the management and use of state-owned housing by housing management units specified in point a, clause 1; clause 2 of Article 47 Decree 99/2015/ND-CP dated October 20, 2015, of the Government of Vietnam, detailing and guiding the implementation of the Housing Law as follows: No later than December 16 each year, the housing management unit is responsible for reporting to the housing management authority on the management and use of state-owned housing according to Form No. 04 in the annex issued together with this Circular.
