Consolidated Standards for Emulation Titles in State Audit for Individuals

According to the Regulation, the emulation titles for individuals include: "Advanced Laborer," "Grassroots-level Emulation Fighter," "Sector-level Emulation Fighter," and "National-level Emulation Fighter," each title having different criteria, specifically:

Title "Advanced Laborer"

Awarded to individuals who meet the criteria set out in Article 24 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation:

- Successfully complete assigned tasks with high productivity and quality;- Comply with the policies and directives of the Communist Party, the laws of the State, the regulations and rules of the unit and the State Audit; show self-reliance, solidarity, mutual support, and actively participate in emulation movements;- Actively study politics, culture, profession, and skills;- Have good ethics and a healthy lifestyle.

Title "Grassroots-level Emulation Fighter"

Awarded to individuals who meet the criteria set out in Clause 3, Article 9 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP:

- Meet the criteria for the title "Advanced Laborer";- Have initiatives to increase labor productivity and work efficiency or have research topics that have been accepted and applied by the unit, and have successfully completed tasks acknowledged by the unit.

Title "Sector-level Emulation Fighter"

Awarded to individuals who meet the criteria set out in Clause 2, Article 9 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP:

- Achieve outstanding achievements among individuals who have consecutively won the title of "Grassroots-level Emulation Fighter" for three times;- Have initiatives or research topics with an influential impact on the whole sector, considered and recognized by the General State Audit.

Title "National-level Emulation Fighter"

Awarded annually to individuals who meet the criteria set out in Clause 1, Article 9 of Decree 91/2017/ND-CP:

- Achieve outstanding achievements, selected among individuals who have twice consecutively won the title of Sector-level Emulation Fighter, and six consecutive years won the title of "Grassroots-level Emulation Fighter";- Initiatives or research topics used as a basis for awarding the title of "National-level Emulation Fighter" must be practically applied with high efficiency and have nationwide influence.
