Considerations When Naming Schools and School Name Boards for Ethnic Minority Boarding Schools

Circular 01 stipulates the naming of Ethnic Minority Boarding Schools as follows:

- For district-level schools:

- Ethnic Minority Boarding School + education level + proper name (if any) + name of district-level administrative unit.

- For provincial-level schools:

- Ethnic Minority Boarding School + education level + proper name (if any) + name of provincial-level administrative unit.

The school's name is recorded in the establishment decision, the school's signboard, the seal, and transaction documents.

At the same time, Circular 01 also stipulates that the school's signboard must include the following contents:

- Upper left corner:

- For district-level Ethnic Minority Boarding Schools providing secondary education:

+ First line: People's Committee of the district (sub-district, district-level town, city) under the province and the name of the district (sub-district, district-level town, city) under the province;

+ Second line: Department of Education and Training.

- For provincial-level Ethnic Minority Boarding Schools and district-level Ethnic Minority Boarding Schools (including high schools):

+ First line: People's Committee of the province, city and the name of the province, city directly under the Central Government;

+ Second line: Department of Education and Training.

- The middle part contains the school's name according to the naming regulations for Ethnic Minority Boarding Schools.

- The bottom consists of the address and phone number of the school.
