Composition of the provincial-level council for the conferment of artisan titles (Illustration)

Decree 123/2014/ND-CP stipulates that the provincial-level council for the conferment of artisan titles is established by decision of the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, based on the recommendation of the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, with 09 to 11 members. The composition of the Provincial Council includes:

- The Chairman of the Council is a leader of the provincial People's Committee;- The Vice Chairman of the Council is the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade;- The council members.

The standing body of the provincial-level council is the Department of Industry and Trade. The provincial-level council uses the seal of the provincial People's Committee.

Moreover, the Decree also stipulates the composition of the sectoral-level council at the Ministry and state levels as follows:

- The sectoral-level council at the Ministry is established by the Minister of Industry and Trade based on the recommendation of the Director of the Department of Emulation and Commendation, with 09 to 11 members. **** The composition of the sectoral-level council at the Ministry includes:

- The Chairman of the Council is a leader of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;- The Vice Chairman of the Council is the Director of the Department of Emulation and Commendation, Ministry of Industry and Trade;- The council members.

The standing body of the sectoral-level council at the Ministry is the Department of Emulation and Commendation, Ministry of Industry and Trade. The sectoral-level council at the Ministry uses the seal of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

- The state-level council is established by decision of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam based on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry and Trade, with 09 to 11 members. The composition of the state-level council includes:

- The Chairman of the Council is the Minister of Industry and Trade;- The Vice Chairman of the Council is a leader of the Central Emulation and Commendation Board; a leader of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;- The council members.

The standing body of the state-level council is the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The state-level council uses the seal of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
