Compilation of Administrative Boundary Records at All Levels

as defined in Appendix 1 issued together with Circular 46 regulating the administrative boundary records at all levels as follows:

The administrative boundary records at the commune level include the following documents:

- Legal documents on the establishment of the commune and adjustment of the commune administrative boundary;- The map of the commune administrative boundary;- The confirmation documents of the position diagram of the administrative boundary markers at the commune, district, and province levels along the administrative boundary of the commune;- The confirmation document of the coordinates of the administrative boundary markers at the commune level;- The table of coordinates of the key points along the commune administrative boundary;- A general description of the commune administrative boundary;- The confirmation documents describing the commune administrative boundary;- The place-name statistical forms;- The handover minutes of the administrative boundary markers at all levels.

The administrative boundary records at the district level include the following documents:

- Legal documents on the establishment of the district and adjustment of the district administrative boundary;- The map of the district administrative boundary;- The confirmation documents of the position diagram of the administrative boundary markers at the district and province levels along the administrative boundary of the district;- The table of coordinates of the administrative boundary markers and the key points along the district administrative boundary;- The general description of the district administrative boundary;- The confirmation documents describing the district administrative boundary.

The administrative boundary records at the provincial level include the following documents:

- Legal documents on the establishment of the province and adjustment of the province administrative boundary;- The map of the provincial administrative boundary;- The confirmation documents of the position diagram of the administrative boundary markers at the provincial level along the administrative boundary of the province;- The table of coordinates of the administrative boundary markers and the key points along the provincial administrative boundary;- A general description of the provincial administrative boundary;- The confirmation documents describing the provincial administrative boundary.
