Circular 06: Titles of Emulation and Commendation in the Construction Sector

Recently, the Ministry of Construction has issued Circular 06/2015/TT-BXD Guiding the work of emulation and commendation in the construction sector.

According to the provisions of Circular 06/2015/TT-BXD, the titles for emulation and commendation in the construction sector include:

Emulation titles for collectives:

- The emulation flag of the Government of Vietnam;- The emulation flag of the Ministry of Construction;- Excellent Labor Collective;- Progressive Labor Collective.

Emulation titles for individuals:

- National Emulation Soldier;- Emulation Soldier in the Construction Sector;- Grassroots Emulation Soldier;- Progressive Laborer.

Also according to Circular 06, emulation is organized in the following forms:

- Regular emulation is conducted daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually to achieve the set objectives, targets, and work plans.- Periodic emulation is organized to implement key, urgent tasks in specific phases and defined times.
