Change of Dossier for Awarding the Title "People's Artisan", "Meritorious Artisan"

Decree 11/2019/ND-CP was signed and issued by the Government of Vietnam to amend and supplement the Decrees regulating administrative procedures related to the submission of certified and authenticated copies of documents within the scope of the management functions of the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.

According to the new regulations, the application dossier for the titles “People's Artisan” and “Meritorious Artisan” in the field of intangible cultural heritage includes the following documents:

- Achievement declaration form proposing the conferment of the title “People's Artisan” or “Meritorious Artisan”;- Documents, tapes, discs, pictures describing and proving the knowledge and skills held;- Certificate or decision awarding orders, medals, awards, and merit certificates related to contributions to the career of protecting intangible cultural heritage: Submit a photocopy from the original book or a certified true copy or a copy and present the original for comparison (in case of direct submission); submit a photocopy from the original book or a certified true copy (in case of postal submission).

Refer to the regulations on submitting and receiving the application dossier for consideration at Decree 11/2019/ND-CP, effective from March 15, 2019.
