Announcement on the Evaluation of Business Performance to be Released Before August 31

Evaluation of enterprise performance effectiveness must be published before August 31 (Illustrative image)

According to Article 12 of Circular 02/2015/TT-BKHDT regarding the process and content of the publication of enterprise performance evaluation, the provisions are as follows:

- Enterprises must build and publish the Annual Performance Evaluation of the enterprise in accordance with Circular No. 158/2013/TT-BTC dated November 13, 2013, issued by the Ministry of Finance, providing guidance on several aspects of financial supervision and performance evaluation for state-owned enterprises and state-invested enterprises, no later than August 31 of the year following the year of implementation. Simultaneously, they must send it to the Authority exercising ownership rights and the Ministry of Planning and Investment within 5 working days after the contents of the annual performance evaluation are approved.

- The Authority exercising ownership rights must publish the Annual Performance Evaluation of the enterprise within 5 working days after receiving it from the enterprise.

- The Ministry of Planning and Investment must publish the Annual Performance Evaluation of the enterprise on the Vietnam Business Information Portal of the Ministry of Planning and Investment (http://www.business.gov.vn) within 5 working days after receiving it from the enterprise.

Thus, enterprises are responsible for preparing and publishing their Annual Performance Evaluation no later than August 31 of the year following the implementation year. Additionally, enterprises must send it to the Authority exercising ownership rights and the Ministry of Planning and Investment within 5 working days after the contents of the annual performance evaluation are approved.
