Adjustment of Temporary Import Dossier for Automobiles and Motorcycles in Accordance with Circular 93/2018/TT-BTC

Recently, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 93/2018/TT-BTC amending and supplementing Circular 19/2014/TT-BTC, which provides regulations on the temporary import procedures for automobiles and motorcycles entitled to preferential and exemption treatment in Vietnam.

According to Circular 93, the temporary import dossier for automobiles and motorcycles of individuals entitled to preferential treatment and exemption includes:

- Temporary import permit for automobiles/motorcycles: 02 originals;- Import goods declaration form according to the required information criteria.- In the case of using a paper customs declaration, the declarant submits 03 originals of the import goods declaration form;- Bill of lading or other equivalent transport documents: 01 original;- Registration form for inspection of technical safety and environmental protection of imported motor vehicles: 01 original;- Registration form for inspection of imported vehicle/engine quality: 01 original.
