10 Items for Building New Rural Areas by the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the Commune Level

Circular 121/2017/TT-BTC has been issued by the Ministry of Finance, stipulating the management and use of funds for the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas."

According to Circular 121, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune level, when implementing the Campaign, may use the funds for the following purposes:

- Expenses for launching and mobilizing the people to participate in the Campaign and responding to emulation movements to implement the contents of the Campaign.- Expenses for organizing meetings to discuss measures to implement the Campaign at the local level.- Expenses for making slogans, banners, and posters for Campaign propaganda.- Expenses for travel and study tours for exchanging practical implementation experiences of the Campaign.- Expenses for building models and advanced examples for the implementation of the Campaign.- Expenses for making certificates, certificate frames, and rewards for collectives, individuals, and families with significant contributions to building new rural areas and civilized urban areas.- Expenses for collecting feedback on people's satisfaction with the results of building new rural areas and civilized urban areas at the commune level.- Expenses for preliminary and annual summaries, five-year summaries twice; annual and periodic commendations.- Expenses for organizing the annual Great National Unity Day at the commune level on November 18.- Expenses for stationery, printing documents, and other costs serving the Campaign.
