Below is the latest information, updated in Circular 48/2014/TT-BTC guiding the implementation of the extension of the land levy payment, the purchase of state-owned houses under Resolution 01/NQ-CP dated January 02, 2014 of the Government of Vietnam on the main tasks and solutions directing the administration of the implementation of the Socio-Economic Development Plan and the state budget estimate for the year 2014.
To be specific, the subjects eligible for an extension to pay for the purchase of state-owned housing are those permitted to purchase old state-owned housing (subject to sale) as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 32 of Circular 14/2013/TT-BXD, including:
- Households and individuals eligible to purchase old state-owned housing after June 6, 2013 (the effective date of Decree 34/2013/ND-CP dated April 22, 2013, of the Government of Vietnam on the management and use of state-owned housing) as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 41 of Circular 14/2013/TT-BXD.- Households and individuals who have been allowed to purchase state-owned housing according to Decree 61/CP dated July 5, 1994, of the Government of Vietnam on housing business and sales.- Households and individuals who continue to purchase state-owned housing according to Decree 61/CP in accordance with Clause 4, Article 39 of Decree 34/2013/ND-CP.
