To be specific, according to the provisions of Article 5 Circular 30/2020/TT-BTTTT, the professional titles of public employees as sound technicians and broadcasters specialized in Information and Communications as stipulated in Circular 46/2017/TT-BTTTT and Circular 05/2018/TT-BNV are applied the Specialized Salary table for officials and public employees in state public service providers (Table 3) issued together with Decree 204/2004/ND-CP.

In addition, due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, under Conclusion 77-KL/TW dated June 5, 2020, and Resolution 122/2020/QH14 dated June 19, 2020, the Politburo and National Assembly have agreed not to adjust the statutory pay rate for officials and public employees, armed forces from July 1, 2020, until further notice. Therefore, the statutory pay rate from July 1, 2020, and in 2021 for public employees remains at 1.49 million VND/month and does not increase to 1.6 million VND/month until further notice.

Thus, keeping this statutory pay rate, the Salary table for public employees as sound technicians and broadcasters from December 12, 2020, is as follows (unit: million VND):

1. For the professional title of sound technician class I (code V11.09.23), broadcaster class I (code V11.10.27), the salary coefficient of public employees type A3, group 2 (A3.2) applies, with 6 grades, from the salary coefficient of 5.75 to that of 7.55.

2. For the professional title of sound technician class II (code V11.09.24), broadcaster class II (code V11.10.28), the salary coefficient of public employees type A2, group 2 (A2.2) applies, with 8 grades, from the salary coefficient of 4.00 to that of 6.38.

3. For the professional title of sound technician class III (code V11.09.25), broadcaster class III (code V11.10.29), the salary coefficient of public employees type A1 applies, with 9 grades, from the salary coefficient of 2.34 to that of 4.98.

4. For the professional title of sound technician class IV (code V11.09.26), broadcaster class IV (code V11.10.30), the salary coefficient of public employees type B applies, with 12 grades, from the salary coefficient of 1.86 to that of 4.06.
