Case study on dispute over land use right and request to cancel LURC in Vietnam

On March 19, 2021, People’s Supreme Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam issued Notice 09/TB-BKS-DS studying a case on "Dispute over land use rights and request for cancellation of LURC".

According to the Notice, after supervision and cassation trial of civil cases, the People’s Supreme Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam shall notify the People's Procurators of provinces and cities in the study area of the case study on "Dispute over land use rights and request for cancellation of LURC" between plaintiff Mr. Tang Buu and defendant Mr. Tran Van Qui.
