Calculation of court fees

Fill in the information below to calculate the court fee:
- Choose the court level: First instance or Appeal;

- Choose whether the dispute is with or without quota:
   + No quota: is a dispute in which the claimant's claim is not an amount or cannot be determined in terms of a specified amount;
   + Quota: is a dispute in which the claimant's claim is an amount of money or property that can be determined in a specific amount (with a value applicable only to civil, marriage and family disputes, labor , business, commerce, so if your case is administrative or criminal, the system automatically chooses no quota for you);

- Amount in dispute: Enter the amount in consecutive digits without periods or commas. (For example, 1 million VND will be entered as: 1000000).
