a) Completing the 2024 admissions process according to the general plan, ensuring the implementation of the announced targets and methods in the Scheme, in line with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) and the training institutions; closely controlling risks and promptly addressing arising issues, implementing policies with full and prompt reporting as stipulated.

b) Perfecting and promptly announcing the admission methods from 2025 onward, thoroughly overcoming issues of unfairness, reliability in methods, and selection criteria; ensuring alignment with the 2018 General Education Program, while having a positive impact on teaching and learning activities in general education.

Which grades does the 2018 General Education Program apply to for the 2024-2025 school year in Vietnam?

The general education program is implemented according to the following schedule:

1. From the 2020-2021 school year for grade 1.

2. From the 2021-2022 school year for grades 2 and 6.

3. From the 2022-2023 school year for grades 3, 7, and 10.

5. From the 2024-2025 school year for grades 5, 9, and 12.
