Password: Default is the registered phone number for the vnedu - student monitor and assessment records .
If you want to change the password: use the registered phone number for the vnedu electronic contact book service to send an SMS in the format VNEDU MK <New Password> to 8099 (1000VND/SMS).
Example: To change the password to 12345678, send the following message: VNEDU MK 12345678 to 8099.
Additionally, if you forget your password, send an SMS with the format: VNEDU MK to 8099 to retrieve the password.

Who is responsible for entering assessment results of each student in student monitor and assessment records?
As stipulated in Article 20 of Circular 22/2021/TT-BGDDT:
Responsibilities of Homeroom Teachers
1. Assist the Principal in managing the evaluation of students in the class according to the provisions of this Circular.
2. Confirm the corrections of marks and evaluation levels of subject teachers; compile the training and academic results of students for each semester and the whole school year in the Student Monitoring and Evaluation Record Book (according to the class), Student Report Card.
3. Evaluate the training results of each semester and the whole school year of students; prepare the list of students promoted to the next grade, reassess learning and training during the summer break, not promoted, awarded.
4. Record or enter the evaluation results of each student into the Student Monitoring and Evaluation Record Book (according to the class), Student Report Card:
a) Comments on the training and academic results of students; evaluation levels of training and academic results of students.
b) Results of promotion or non-promotion; recognition of completion of the secondary school program, high school program, or non-recognition of completion of the secondary school program, high school program; awards.

Thus, the homeroom teacher is responsible for recording or entering the evaluation results of each high school student into the Student Monitoring and Evaluation Record Book (according to the class), Student Report Card.
For primary school students, based on Clause 1, Article 16 of the Regulation on Evaluation of Primary School Students issued with Circular 27/2020/TT-BGDDT, the homeroom teacher is responsible for evaluating, compiling educational results of students in the class; completing student evaluation records according to regulations; accepting and handing over educational results of students to the next class.

According to the Education Program issued with Circular 32/2018/TT-BGDDT (some content amended by Articles 1 and 2 of Circular 13/2022/TT-BGDDT), the 5 essential qualities that 5th-grade students should meet are as follows:
(1) Patriotism

- Love the homeland, love the country, respect the symbols of the nation.
- Respect, appreciate laborers and those who have contributed to the homeland and the country; participate in activities to show gratitude to those who have contributed to the homeland and the country.
(2) Humanity
- Love everyone:
+ Love, care, and look after family members.
+ Appreciate friends and teachers; care for, motivate, and encourage friends.
+ Respect the elderly; assist the elderly, sick people, and people with disabilities; be considerate and help younger children.
+ Share with friends in difficult circumstances, friends in remote areas, people with disabilities, and those affected by natural disasters.
- Respect differences among people:
+ Respect the differences of classmates in dressing, character, and family circumstances.
+ Do not discriminate or create division among friends.
+ Be ready to forgive friends' mistakes.
(3) Diligence
Love studying
- Attend school regularly and on time.
- Frequently complete learning tasks.
- Be eager to learn and enjoy reading to expand knowledge.
- Be conscious of applying the knowledge and skills learned at school to daily life.
Diligence in work
- Regularly participate in family tasks within your capacity.
- Regularly participate in school and community tasks within your capacity.
(4) Honesty
- Be honest and straightforward in learning, working, and daily activities; dare to express your own opinions.
- Always keep promises; dare to admit and correct mistakes, and uphold the truth and goodness.
- Do not take personal items, money from family members, friends, teachers, or others without permission.
- Do not agree with dishonest acts in studying and life.
(5) Responsibility
Be responsible for oneself:
- Be aware of hygiene, physical exercise, and health care.
- Be aware of maintaining discipline in daily life.
Be responsible for the family:
- Be aware of protecting and preserving personal and family belongings.
- Do not waste food and drinks; be conscious of saving family money and utility resources like water and electricity.
Be responsible for school and society:
- Voluntarily comply with school rules, collective regulations, and agreements; maintain general hygiene; protect public property.
- Do not cause disorder, engage in fights or arguments.
- Remind classmates of complying with school and class rules; remind family members to follow public regulations and agreements.
- Be responsible for assigned tasks at school and in class.
- Actively participate in collective activities and social events suitable for your age.
Be responsible for the living environment:
- Be aware of nurturing, protecting greenery, and beneficial animals.
- Be conscious of keeping the environment clean, avoid littering.
- Do not agree with actions harming nature.
